Kathy Astromoff

Kathy Astromoff is Executive Vice President and Group General Manager for the Black Hat, HDI and Online Marketing Summit brands within UBM TechWeb. She previously served as EVP and Global Brand Director of the UBM TechWeb Game Network, comprising the Game Developers Conference series of events, Gamasutra.com and Game Developer magazine. Prior to joining UBM, Kathy spent 13 years in the video game industry in various sales and business development roles, at companies such as Sega, Eidos, and Ageia Technologies. Kathy graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, and lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and two children.
