Ed Grossman
Executive Vice President, InformationWeek Business Technology Network
As EVP of UBM TechWeb’s InformationWeek Business Technology Network (IWBTN), Ed Grossman is responsible to define and lead the IWBTN brands, productizing offerings and working with the underlying technology development, applications and tools that drive IWBTN’s products and business. He collaborates with partners running sales, marketing, audience marketing, development and business analysis to leverage IWBTN brands for clients and end-users alike. He is also responsible for IWBTN business development, including exploring new applications and platforms of distribution for reaching audiences and customers, creating strategic alliances and identifying acquisitions.
Ed joined United Business Media (UBM) in 2008 as SVP of Digital Media and Acquisitions for UBM Medica, where he then served as EVP of Professional media from 2009-2010. Prior to UBM Ed held leadership positions at Jupitermedia and ACM, with earlier content and technology roles at internet.com and Ziff Davis Publishing.
Ed holds a BA in Philosophy from Boston College, and lives in Ridgefield, CT.
