Working at UBM TechWeb

Here at UBM TechWeb, our mission is to enable people and organizations to harness the transformative power of technology. Through our two core businesses – marketing services and business information – UBM TechWeb powers both technology decision-making and technology marketing. Our diverse work environment is defined by a culture of excellence and results.

Above and beyond the dynamic environment we offer each employee, we also give employees generous benefits and perks to create an enticing package for each new TechWeb hire.

Benefits

UBM Foundation

Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation, UBM Foundation, supports employee volunteerism and enables us to give back to the local community. We help to facilitate volunteer projects by giving employees volunteer release time, funding volunteer grants, payroll deductions on donations, matching contributions, and in-kind donation placement.

"UBM TechWeb is a truly unique company. A rare culture exists where excellence and passion are intertwined with fun and camaraderie attracting the best quality individuals in the industry. The result is a diverse and interesting team that continues to achieve a phenomenal record of success. UBM TechWeb is a great place to work, to learn and to grow your career."

Internships

UBM TechWeb offers a broad spectrum of opportunities to expand practical experience and enhance college studies. Our internships are a unique opportunity for college students to gain first-hand knowledge and experience in business to business media by working in one of our US or international offices.

Internships are flexible and our managers will work with students to create a schedule that is mutually beneficial. Typically, however, our internships run for eight weeks over the summer months and are offered to junior, senior or graduate level students and are for school credit only, though some of our internship opportunities may also be paid. The rotational program immerses our interns into many aspects of our business:

Our past interns have produced fantastic work –check out a little bit more about their experience here and here.

If you are interested in an internship with UBM TechWeb, please send a cover letter, resume, and any applicable portfolio samples for review to:
